Our rarest harvest gathered once every two years at 9,500 ft. in the forests of Chamba, in the months of September-October. This wild forest honey is rich with the nectar of post-monsoon blooms like the Indian borage, buckwheat, and Brahmi. Packed with the rich heritage of one of the most pristine ecosystems of the Himalaya, there is a certain reverence and sacredness attached to it.
